The Waterman, affectionately known as Sea Level’s “kid cousin”, is an approachable Oyster Bar located in the South End neighborhood of Charlotte. It’s a casual neighborhood joint that specializes in great oysters, great drinks, and a great time.

At The Waterman, it’s easy to satisfy a craving for delicious, fresh seafood. Belly on up after work at Happy Hour for a hearty fill of oysters, craft cocktails (we call them boat drinks around here), or a cold beer. For dinner, guests can enjoy pub-style food like a Waterman’s Platter, Lobster Roll, or Fried Fish Sandwich. Don’t forget to check out the Uptown views from the rooftop bar.

Whether inside or outside, upstairs or downstairs, it’s the place to be in South End.
